Right of withdrawal and its exclusion for online courses

Right of withdrawal and its exclusion for online courses:

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

Since the online course you have purchased involves digital content and the provision of the course content begins immediately after the conclusion of the contract, your right of withdrawal expires in accordance with Section 356 Paragraph 5 of the German Civil Code (BGB). By starting to deliver the course content before the cancellation period has expired, you expressly declare that you are waiving your right of cancellation and are effectively withdrawing from your right of cancellation.

Note on the expired right of withdrawal:

Please note that your statutory right of cancellation expires when delivery of the course content begins before the cancellation period expires. This means that you have no right to withdraw or return the online course.

Your understanding for the immediate start of the course:

We expressly point out that immediate access to the course content after the conclusion of the contract is part of the agreed scope of services. You agree that by starting delivery of the course content before the cancellation period has expired, you waive your right of cancellation and that the immediate start of the course is expressly stated in your order.

End user understandability:

This cancellation policy is formulated in such a way that it can be easily understood by end users. If you still have any questions about the cancellation policy, we will be happy to help you.
